Order Processing for Naaptol and HomeShop18

When we hear about Naaptol and HomeShop18, the first thing that comes to our mind is "Pendency Commitment" or Channel Pendency.
Channel pendency is a channel specific task where Uniware commits a minimum inventory count to a channel before being able to pull the orders for processing with our system.

Please keep the following things in mind when you begin to process orders on these two channels specifically.

1. The batch of orders whom you commit inventory together must be further processed together in the same batch on Shipments page at Uniware.

2. This is required for these channels internally create a manifest of the shipments to be processed together right from this step.
3. If this procedure is not followed, then the system pops an error while closing the courier manifest before dispatch.
