CRED is available with uniware under Marketplace in channels.
Follow these simple steps to integrate in Uniware:
1- In the Uniware menu, select Settings > Channels
2- Then press the button
Search and Select “CRED“.
3- Fill and save the channel details.
4- Add channel with both seller panel details. Fill the credential to configure the connectors.
The seller has to get credentials from the CRED channel team and use the same in the connectors page at the time of adding channel in Unicommerce.

5- As soon as the channel is configured successfully, you can see the Channel Summary and You can trigger the respective sync processes from this page itself. For more detail Click here
Use channel config for “Facility Wise Inventory‘ as True. It will update warehouse wise inventory on channel. For this add the facilities code same as added in connect facility map through the option ‘Choose Facilities For Inventory Sync‘
Below are the important points that needs to be kept in mind while adding the channel:
- We provide catalog pull, inventory push features.
- The Orders will be posted by the Channel to the Uniware in real time flow.
- To sync storewise orders of CRED in uniware, Warehouse Location connector field needs to update by the seller as json map of facilities and in case of multiple Cred Store ids, you can use multi-mapping under json map field with the respective Uniware warehouse code.

- Each order will have only one order item, hence, no consideration of partial fulfilment or partial cancellation as such.
- Orders pendency is not enabled.
- Invoicing will be handled at Uniware’s end.
- Marketplace shipping is present for this channel. Tracking details, and label print will be fetched from the channel for Marketplace shipping.
- On Manifest close, the status will get updated on the channel.
- Status sync will work for Cancelled, Delivered and Return cases from channel to UC.
- Seller cancellation from Uniware is allowed, they can cancel the orders before packing the order.
