To begin with, the integration of Xpressbees, follow simple steps shared below:
1. Login to your Unicommerce account and Go to settings > Shipping Provider
2. Now click on Add Shipping Provider in the top right corner
3. Search for Xpressbees
4. Now fill in the details as per the below points.
General Information
- Shipping Provider Name: Enter the Shipping provider name
- Enabled: Yes/No. To mark shipping provider enable or disable in Uniware.
Forward Shipment/Reverse Shipment (If Applicable)
- Select Serviceability as Any facility to any Place / This Facility to selected Pincodes / Any Facility to Selected Pincodes. (in this case you need to define serviceability)
- Forward Shipment: Add both COD and Prepaid Shipping Methods having AWB Generation selected as API.
- Reverse Shipment: ReversePickup-Prepaid Shipping Methods having AWB Generation selected as API.
5- Now save the detail by pressing button Save and Next.
6. Click on Connectors and update the credentials for API settings, will be provided by the Xpressbees team for every seller.
NOTE:
- To use Xpressbees, it is a mandate to whitelist the tenant IP So it requires sharing the IP to the Xpressbees team.
- To get the IP for whitelisting at Xpressbes you need to raise a support ticket to us and our team will provide you the same.
- Client needs to connect XB Team to mapped seller’s account to Auto RUN TIME AWB generation logic which is required for Uniware integration.

7. Click on Connector to authenticate and connect the connectors and finish the integration process.
Important Points:
- Forward and Reverse shipments are supported.
- Reverse shipments are supported only for:
- Single SKU x Single Quantity (Xpressbees generates a single AWB, uniware supports this)
- Single SKU x Multi Quantity ( Xpressbees generates a single AWB,uniware supports this)
- Multi SKU x Multi or Single Quantity ( Xpressbees generates multi AWB per SKU, uniware does not support this as of now)
- AWB will be fetched from Xpressbees
- Tracking is provided in Uniware for Xpressbees shipped orders.
- Cancellation update to Xpressbees
