Q: Can we update username/password in an existing channel’s settings?

Yes, any login account with “Admin Rights” can easily reconfigure an existing channel’s username/password.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Select menu item “Channels”, and then select the channel for updating the username/password.

 

 

2. Go to the Connectors tab in the Channel Settings details.

 

 

3. Click the Reconfigure button to reset the username/password for your Seller Panel.

 

 

By the same way you can reconfigure any channel.
