By Order sync, we mean bringing all the orders from the sales channels configured in our Uniware. It is a system process which runs on its own in every 10 minutes (earlier sync time was 30 minutes). But you want to sync your orders as and when you want to, You can do it in two ways:
On the Order> Orders page, click the sync Icon and Sync All:
Or you can straightaway select the channel on the path Settings > Channels and Sync it for a particular channel.
