You can enable image sync from the Edit Facility page. Once turned on, images from major marketplaces will start syncing automatically.
Yes, Uniware auto-fetches images from your Shopify store as well.
No manual upload is needed. Images are automatically fetched from all configured channels.

Yes, you can upload the actual product image in the Product section. The images fetched from marketplaces are not stored in Uniware; they’re only shown for reference to help speed up processing. If you want the image to stay saved within Uniware, you’ll need to upload it manually.
Here’s how Uniware prioritizes images:
– Order view: Channel-specific image.
– Listing: Marketplace image.
– Master SKU: Image uploaded manually in Uniware.
Currently, Uniware supports image sync from Amazon Dropship, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa, Snapdeal, Ajio, and ShopClues. Flipkart support is coming soon.
