We have enhanced the shipment data table by enabling sellers to view channel product images for improved visibility and clarity.
Use Case
A picker or packer preparing shipments often needs to verify that the correct items are being packed. By having channel product images displayed directly in the shipment data table, sellers can visually confirm the items against physical products on the shelf, reducing the chances of packing errors.
This is especially helpful when SKUs are similar in appearance or have minor variations, such as different sizes or colors. The visual aid streamlines the verification process, speeds up order fulfillment, and ensures a more accurate and efficient workflow in the warehouse.

Version: Standard, Professional and Enterprise clients

Configuration:
Facility Level Config: “Channel Product Image Assisted Processing“ default (No). To enable it, connect with UC Support Team/KAM.
Procedure
- Only when the “Channel Product Image Assisted Processing” config is enabled, the images will be visible. Else, old shipment data table will be visible, without any images.
- Login in your uniware account.
- Navigate to the Products > Products.
- In the Shipments page, you will be able to see the product images in the Channel Product Images column.
