My Flipkart Catalog is not updating / syncing

Common Reasons

Catalog Sync Frequency

Catalog Sync runs every 7 days automatically. 

Inactive Listing on the Flipkart Seller Panel

Follow the below simple steps to check Inactive Listing on Flipkart Seller Panel:

  1. Go to Listings > My Listings > Inactive Listings.
  2. If Listing is Inactive section, then select the product.
  3. Go to the “Action” tab and Activate the listing.



Different Fulfillment Model

Follow the below simple steps to check the Fulfillment Model on Flipkart Seller Panel:

  1. Go to Listings > My Listings > Active Listings
  2. Go to the Product details of the specific item and check the Fulfillment Model.
  3. Here we are taking an example of Flipkart Dropship, so the Fulfillment model should be “Seller Only



Note
:- 

  • If the seller is using Flipkart FA/Assured, he/she should select the Fulfillment Model as “Flipkart Only”.
  • f the seller is using Flipkart Dropship, he/she should select the Fulfillment Model as “Seller Only”.
  • If the seller is using Flipkart Smart, he/she should select the Fulfillment Model as “Smart Only”.

Channel Connector Broken

Follow the below simple steps to resolve the Channel Connector Issue:

If the channel connector is broken, you may access your uniware account in “Incognito Browser”.

  1. In the Uniware Menu, go to the settings icon and select “Channel”.
  2. Search for the Flipkart Channel and go to the Connectors.
  3. You may see an error message that says “Invalid Credentials”.
  4. Click on the Reconfigure, update the new password and click on “Connect”.
  5. The connectors will be fixed.

Self-Checks

Below are the important points that need to be kept in mind:

  1. Check the Inactive Listing on the Flipkart Seller Panel.
  2. Check the Fulfillment Model on the Flipkart Seller Panel.
  3. Check the Channel Connectors in Uniware.
