Order Status Mapping

As a seller, you can control how your orders are synced into Unicommerce from various marketplaces. This guide helps you understand which order statuses are fetched and the specific time ranges you should be aware of for each of your integrated marketplaces.

Note: For an order to be successfully created in Uniware, it must fall within the specified time range and be in one of the listed statuses for that particular marketplace. Any order that does not meet these criteria will not be fetched or created in your Uniware system.

Meesho

Parameter(s)	Description
Primary Sync Method	Orders from Meesho are sent to Unicommerce instantly as soon as they are placed. This helps make sure orders are created quickly and without delay.
Order Recheck Process (Fetching)	To ensure no orders are missed, we also regularly fetch orders from Meesho for a specific time period as a routine check or in case any orders were not shared.
Order Sync Rules	Order Statuses : Pending Time Range: Orders created within the last 30 days up to the current moment.

Myntra PPMP

Parameter(s)	Description
Primary Sync Method	Similar to Meesho, Myntra PPMP orders are primarily pushed to Unicommerce via event notifications.
Order Recheck Process (Fetching)	To ensure no orders are missed due to event failures, we also fetch orders as a fallback.
Order Sync Rules	Order Statuses Fetched and Created: WP (Work_in_Progress) Time Range Fetched: Sale orders created within the last 2 days up to tomorrow’s date. (Note: a separate process handles returns reports for a longer historical period).

Nykaa (Generic Integration)

Parameter(s)	Description
Primary Sync Method	We fetch the orders from the marketplace.
Order Recheck Process (Fetching)	Not Required.
Order Sync Rules	Order Statuses Fetched and Created: CREATED Time Range Fetched: Orders created within the last 20 days up to the current moment.

Ajio

Parameter(s)	Description
Primary Sync Method	We fetch the orders from the marketplace.
Order Recheck Process (Fetching)	Not Required.
Order Sync Rules	Order Statuses Fetched and Created: CONFIRMED Time Range Fetched: Orders created within the last 60 days up to the current moment. This includes purchase orders that have been acknowledged by the seller and whose purchase order exists in our system.

Tata CLiQ

Parameter(s)	Description
Primary Sync Method	We fetch the orders from the marketplace.
Order Recheck Process (Fetching)	Not Required.
Order Sync Rules	Order Statuses Fetched and Created: Implicitly, orders that are in an “Allocated Status” as provided by Tata CLiQ’s API. Time Range Fetched: Orders created within the last 7 days up to and including the current date.

Flipkart

Amazon IN

Order Sync Rules	Order Statuses Fetched and Created Unshipped PartiallyShipped Additionally, only orders fulfilled by the Merchant (MFN – Merchant Fulfilled Network) are fetched, excluding FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) orders. Time Range Fetched: Orders created within the last 7 days up to the current moment.
