the shipment and start scanning the SKU. The Quality Check Summary pop-up window of the particular SKU will appear.<\/p>\n<p>In the Quality Check Summary window, you can check product related details such as\u00a0<strong>Product Name<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0Size<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0Color<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0Brand<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0Weight(in gm)<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0LBH(in cm)<\/strong>,<strong> Product\u00a0 Type<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0Description<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0MRP\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0Cost<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Through this window, you can mark the product as damage or either proceed with the processing part.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10021\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/PicklistUIEnhancement_14062023_16.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1322\" height=\"568\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you item is Damaged and Not Found, you can mark it as\u00a0<strong>Damaged\u00a0<\/strong>and afterwards\u00a0the\u00a0<strong>Edit Shipment<\/strong>\u00a0side bar will appear, where you need to check the\u00a0<strong>Action<\/strong>\u00a0(\u00a0<strong>Mark items Not Found or Damaged<\/strong>\u00a0) from the dropdown and you also need to mention the\u00a0<strong>Rejection Reason<\/strong>\u00a0for the rejected product.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:-\u00a0<\/strong>For Damaged items, Rejection Reason is mandatory<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" id=\"Bulk_Receive_of_Items\"><\/span>Bulk Receive of Items<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Let`s understand the bulk receive of packing shipments<\/p>\n<div class=\"inputRight lfloat inlineBody input-normal input-selectBox\">\n<p>The Bulk Receive of Items workflow is driven by the channel setting which is &#8220;<strong>Bulk Receive At Invoicing Dock&#8221;<\/strong>(Optional)<strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The user needs to provide the input for the bulk quantity to be received at the invoicing dock.<\/p>\n<p>The user can submit the response via the `<strong>Submit<\/strong>` button.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The system will accept only the positive number.<\/li>\n<li>User can close the pop-up window to <strong>ITEM_SKU<\/strong> and <strong>ITEM<\/strong> traceability, the workflow will <strong>Scan a SKU<\/strong> and after the scanning the SKU, the system will ask you to capture the IMEI and other product details or you can scan based Submit where you can just scan the barcode to Submit the Response.<\/p>\n<p>For <strong>NONE<\/strong> traceability, the workflow will captured once the shipment is invoiced (as no scanning is involved).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10026\" number<\/strong>\u00a0and hit the\u00a0<strong>Submit button<\/strong>, the system will ask you to\u00a0<strong>Assign Shipping Package Type<\/strong>\u00a0from the dropdown and click on the\u00a0<strong>Submit button<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:- <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facility Level configuration named as &#8220;<strong><em>Update Shipping Package Details <\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<em><strong>during packing&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> needs to be enabled to assign shipping package while processing the shipment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"inputRight lfloat inlineBody input-normal input-selectBox\"><strong>To enable<\/strong>\u00a0this feature, connect with UC Support Team\/KAM to mark this config as \u2018<strong>True<\/strong>\u2018.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you &#8220;<strong>Boxing with Packing<\/strong>&#8220;(Optional).<\/p>\n<p>The user can select the <strong>Shipping Package Type<\/strong> from the dropdown, it will contain the list of the package types, user can type and search the shipping package type.<\/p>\n<p>Once the <strong>Shipping Package Type<\/strong> is selected, the cursor will move on the <strong>Seal ID<\/strong> field (if <strong>enabled<\/strong>), so that the user can provide the Seal ID manually and submit the response via `<strong>Submit`<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" <strong>Accept Putback<\/strong> will be triggered when there is an item which was designated to be part of a shipment but it should be cancelled before packing. It is an intermediate step before putaway of the picklist items.<\/p>\n<p>When the cancelled SKU is scanned or the invoice of the shipment is generated (having cancelled item), the <strong>Accept Putback<\/strong> flow will be triggered so that the user can perform the <strong>Accept Putback<\/strong> of the <strong>Cancelled Picklist Items<\/strong>.
