Once attached, the\u00a0tagloops\u00a0can only be broken and not reused. Apart from the packing integrity, one of the major\u00a0benefits\u00a0of\u00a0tagloop\u00a0is that it\u00a0acts\u00a0as a security seal as well and ensures that the recipient knows if he is receiving an unbroken\u00a0tagloop. For this purpose, the grocery delivery services are also using such\u00a0tagloops.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"MyntraPPMP_Tagloops\"><\/span><strong>MyntraPPMP\u00a0 <span class=\"il\">Tagloops<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>To prevent the counterfeit \/ used product returns, Myntra experimented with\u00a0TagLoops\u00a0in the JIT model and found a significant reduction in related metrics. And hence, they are aligning sellers to use the same\u00a0TagLoops\u00a0in dropship\/omni model while packing the shipment.<\/p>\n<p>Myntra\u00a0Tagloop\u00a0is a plastic\u00a0tagloop\u00a0with a unique serial ID embossed as a scannable barcode. This\u00a0tagloop has to be attached to eligible order items before invoice at at the packing dock to ship them to the customer. The end consumer is allowed to return the product only if this tagloop\u00a0is intact. This deters the consumer while returning a counterfeit product.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10923\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Screenshot-2023-06-22-at-2.56.47-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"954\" height=\"710\" \/><\/p>\n<p>By Myntra, there are ~33 categories\/styles of products on which Tagloops will be applicable which include accessories, footwear, expensive apparels. For more details you can check with Myntra team.<\/p>\n<div><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The key outcomes from this feature launch would be:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To reduce the above mentioned counterfeit \/ used product returns<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To deter the fraud end consumers from the Myntra platform<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To reduce the seller\u2019s opportunity cost related to WH space. Since such counterfeit products remain in the warehouse for a long time and are not saleable they become dead inventory so this will reduce that and lead to optimized usage of warehouse space and SPF damage compensation as well.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 id=\"applicability\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Applicability\"><\/span><strong>Applicability<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>General Setting Configuration: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Item Seal Enabled<\/span><\/strong> <em>(Facility Level<\/em>) = True<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traceability:<\/strong> All trace, None\/SKU\/Item Level<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"workflow\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Workflow\"><\/span><strong>Workflow<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Forward_Shipment\"><\/span><strong>Forward Shipment:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong> Seller need to enable the facility level config (<strong>Tag Loop Enabled= True<\/strong>) to allow warehouse operation with seal id.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11407\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Tagloop_30112023_1-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1307\" height=\"506\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2363\"><strong>2-<\/strong> To add Seal id (Tagloop) to any channel order i.e. MyntraPPMP, a pop-up appears just after the \u2018Print Invoice\u2019 button is clicked by the user.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It is similar to IMEI\/Serial No capturing.<\/li>\n<li>For this Order flag from MYNTRA must be <strong>True<\/strong>, which means the product must be applicable for tagloops, for which Myntra will be deciding the same and UC facility level flag must be <strong>True<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10874\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Tagloop_06102023_6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"415\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Add the seal id mentioned on physical tag and press the button &#8220;Add Item Details&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10867\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Tagloop_06102023_3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1050\" height=\"498\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>3- <\/strong>If seller done not want to use the seal id on any Item they can use the option &#8220;Continue Without System Seal Id&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10869\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Tagloop_06102023_5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"415\" \/><\/p>\n<p>*Failure to scan tag loops for specified orders impacts approval of SPF claims for orders which can be a loss to sellers. Such items will not be eligible for SPF claims.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Then you can continue the rest warehouse steps. i.e. invoice creation and label generation.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10868\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Tagloop_06102023_4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1058\" height=\"513\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Forward_Shipment-2\"><\/span><strong>Forward Shipment:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>There is no need to check tagloop\/sealid because that is handled by Myntra itself when receiving the Item as customer doorsteps. The return flow in UC will be the same as present.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reports\"><\/span><strong>Reports:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The scanned TagloopId\/ItemSealId against every order item is visible and exposed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/sale-orders-export\/\">Sale Order Report<\/a>. The seller can download the same and verify the actual scanned tagloopId for reconciliation and bookkeeping purposes, if required.<\/p>\n<p>Export Report Name: <a href=\"https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/sale-orders-export\/\">Sale orders<\/a><br \/>\nColumn Name:-\u00a0 Item Seal Id<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Note\"><\/span><strong>Note:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" data-v-b9014b56=\"\"><span class=\"text_node\" data-v-b498be1c=\"\" data-v-b9014b56=\"\">Myntra tagloop is required only for the categories shared by Myntra. And as per Myntra, the tag loop flag will be received only against those categories. Hence, Uniware suggested to one-time correctly configure (<strong>Facility Configuration: Item Seal Enabled as True<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_node\" data-v-b498be1c=\"\" data-v-b9014b56=\"\">Sellers can refer to latest SPF policy hosted on Partner portal for details [<\/span><span class=\"text_node rw_adf_text_strong\" data-v-b498be1c=\"\" data-v-b9014b56=\"\">SPF policy version 4.2<\/span><span class=\"text_node\" data-v-b498be1c=\"\" data-v-b9014b56=\"\">], for eligible articles if tagloop is not attached, SPF claim will not be considered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>SPF claim is dependent on the Sealid used on the orderitem. If missed, no PSF claim can be given by Myntra.<\/li>\n<li>Failure to scan tag loops for specified orders impacts approval of SPF claims for orders which can be a loss to sellers. Such items will not be eligible for SPF claims.<\/li>\n<li>If seller continue the order processing without capturing the Item Seal ID at Item, Uniware capture &#8216;<b>NA<\/b>&#8216; in the backend.<\/li>\n<li>If one seal id is used on OrderItem it can not used within 24 hours if so seller is using same seal id within said interval, Myntra gives error.<\/li>\n<li>Once Seal Id is updated in orderItems, UC notify to the PPMP channel via Dispatch event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6380\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What are\u00a0Tag Loops!!
