Fill the credential to configure the connectors.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The seller has to get credentials from the <strong>Winds<\/strong>\u00a0channel team and use the same in the connectors page at the time of adding channel in Unicommerce.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11441\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Winds_21122023_3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"773\" height=\"551\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>5- <\/strong>As soon as the channel is configured successfully, you can see the Channel Summary and You can trigger the respective sync processes from this page itself. For more detail <a href=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/how-to-add-a-new-channel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here<\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11442\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Winds_21122023_4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1233\" height=\"549\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Below are the important points that need to be kept in mind while adding the channel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Order sync, inventory sync and catalog sync are available.<\/li>\n<li>Invoice code and TAX details will be fetched from channel.<\/li>\n<li>Marketplace shipping is present for this channel and Tracking details and label print will be fetched from the channel.<\/li>\n<li>Order split and multi box shipment are not allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the seller will not handover the packages without closing the Manifest in\u00a0<strong>Uniware<\/strong> to avoid status mismatch.<\/li>\n<li><b>Status sync<\/b>\u00a0will work for\u00a0<b>Cancelled,<\/b>\u00a0<strong>D<\/strong><b>elivered\u00a0<\/b>and<b>\u00a0Return<\/b>\u00a0cases from channel to UC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seller<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0from Uniware is\u00a0<strong>allowed<\/strong>\u00a0in this Integration, Cancelled status will get updated on the channel.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Cancellation can be marked for all qty for respective order items in UC.
