Zepto<\/b> is available in Uniware under Quick Commerce service for order processing.<\/p>\n

Pre-requisite to configure the Channel:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Applicability:\u00a0<\/strong>This integration is only supported for\u00a0Uniware Enterprise Sellers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • Sellers must activate auto-forwarding of PO emails to partner-int@unicommerce.com. Sellers must ensure that only emails containing POs for zepto are forwarded automatically.<\/li>\n
  • The same auto forwarding has to be manually approved by the unicommerce team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Follow these simple steps to integrate in Uniware:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1-<\/strong>\u00a0In the Uniware menu, select Settings > Channels<\/strong><\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    2-\u00a0<\/strong>Then press the button<\/p>\n

    Search and Select \u201cZepto<\/b>\u201c.<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    3-<\/strong> Fill the Channel Name e.g. Zepto<\/b>\u00a0and save the channel details.<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    4- <\/strong>Fill the credential to configure the connectors.<\/p>\n

    Add Comma separated <\/strong>all the sender email id\u2019s from which the seller will receive PO from the zepto.<\/div>\n

    Recipient Email ID<\/td>\n\n
    Add Comma separated <\/strong>all the recipient email id\u2019s of seller at which he receives the receive PO\u00a0from the zepto.

    Note<\/b>: If seller is not set auto forwarding the mail and manually forwarding them in that case:\u00a0 Sender Email Id(zepto) <\/b>will be replaced by Recipient Email ID <\/b>(partner-int@unicommerce.com)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    		When a seller creates an account on zepto, he has to provide the facilities by which he will be fulfilling the inventory against each zepto warehouse, it could be 1-1 or 1-Many.In Connectors, he will have to provide the mapping of UC facility’s pincode to UC facility code. so UC could understand from which facility seller will be fulfilling the PO.<\/p>\n

    e.g.<\/strong> {\"560067\":\"BLR_03\",\"500076\":\"HYD_02\",\"560068\":\"HYD_02\"}<\/code><\/p>\n

    Note:<\/strong> There is a possibility where sellers can have multiple facilities in UC with the same pincode and hence pincode to WH mapping is req only single pincode for correct warehouse code.<\/p>\n

    For example: In Uniware has below details in facility<\/p>\n

    Pincode: 560067 for warehouse: BLR_03
    \nPincode: 560067 for warehouse: HYD_02
    \nPincode: 560068 for warehouse: BLR_03
    \nPincode: 500076 for warehouse: HYD_02<\/p>\n

    Use either of the options below, otherwise the system will generate an error during configuration.

    Below are the important points that need to be kept in mind while adding the channel:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • In this integration, Catalog won’t be sync automatically, it has to be done manually else order will be created in Failed orders.<\/li>\n
    • Item code that is listed on zepto portal will be present in PO, same will be treated as seller SKU code and mapping can be done with this against UC sku code.<\/li>\n
    • Fill below mandatory columns with details as suggested and upload the sheet in Uniware via import file name as “Channel Item Type<\/em>”\n

          • Channel Name<\/strong>\u2013 Name of the channel added in Uniware for zepto.<\/li>\n
          • Channel Product Id<\/strong>\u2013 Item code that is listed on zepto portal.<\/li>\n
          • Seller SKU Code<\/strong>\u2013 Item code that is listed on zepto portal.<\/li>\n
          • Uniware SKU Code<\/strong>\u2013 Uniware SKU codes created in UC corresponding Seller SKU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • UC will only fetch PO mails from the provided list in the connectors., on this basis we created the respective Sale order in UC.<\/li>\n
          • Sale order will be treated as COD under B2B transaction.<\/li>\n
          • Invoice code, Tax details are provided by uniware.<\/li>\n
          • Orders will be treated as self-shipped i.e. shipping will be handled by the seller and Tracking Details & Labels will be handle by seller in UC.<\/li>\n
          • Order splitting is allowed.<\/li>\n
          • No status updates are triggered between UC and the channel, or vice versa.<\/li>\n
          • After order processing, sellers will handle all remaining aspects using their existing procedures.<\/li>\n
          • Supports Purchase Order (PO) sync via PDF (.pdf)<\/strong> files only.<\/li>\n
