Then use the separate facility for AJIO order processing as scanning is mandatory for this. You can use channel name e.g. &#8220;<strong>AJIO_JIT<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7509\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/AJIOB2B_01122022_01.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1333\" height=\"653\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>4-<\/strong> As soon as you save the channel details, the connectors tab will get opened. Update the connector by adding the <strong>username <\/strong>and <b>password <\/b>provided by AJIO.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Username (POB ID) is provided by AJIO to respective seller, which will start with DV.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To enable E-invoicing <\/strong>For AJIO JIT: if seller is applicable under Govt Einvoicing norms, seller needs to fill in the credentials in AJIO Gsp EInvoice Panel at connector tab that are passed to AJIO where they generate E-invoice. For this <strong>E-Invoice Enabled <\/strong>must be selected as <strong>Yes <\/strong>and <strong>Gst EInvoicing Enabled From NIC <\/strong>must be selected as <strong>NO <\/strong>on channel setting page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8432\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/ajioJIT_01022023_1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"866\" height=\"535\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>5-<\/strong>\u00a0Once connectors are connected, you can configure all related parameters.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4190\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/ajio10191.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1325\" height=\"567\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Below are the important points need to be kept in mind while adding the channel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>1-<\/strong> Unicommerce offering Pendency sync, Catalog sync, Inventory sync, order sync and Invoice details.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>2- To enable E-invoicing <\/strong>For AJIO JIT:\u00a0 if seller is applicable under Govt Einvoicing norms, seller needs to fill in the credentials in AJIO Gsp EInvoice Panel at connector tab that are passed to AJIO where they generate E-invoice. This will help to split shipment and generate invoice for the scanned items which are already part of the packed box. Applicable for those cases where remaining items have been marked as Not Found or Damaged.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>5- Is Tenant Provided Invoice Code: <\/strong>make this &#8220;<strong>Yes<\/strong>&#8220;. If the seller provides their own invoice series for AJIO. Else <strong>No (default)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>6-<\/strong> AJIO will not cancel any item if PO is raised however seller can cancel any item\/s before invoicing in uniware and same will be updated on ajio. These cancellations will be regarded as Seller cancellations against raised PO by Ajio.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>7-<\/strong> On configuring channel, system will automatically create a package type for Ajio (Channel specific package type) with scannable identifier true in &#8216;SCANNABLE&#8217; field. Secondly, that default package type should be disabled in other facilities.<br \/>\nAs a preventive measure, please cross verify the package type created for Ajio in your account so as to ensure smooth order processing. To know more on package type please <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/what-are-package-types-how-do-we-create-one\/\">Click here.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Checkpoints of package type:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 &#8211; <strong>Channel<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0&#8211; Ajio<br \/>\n2 &#8211; <strong>Scannable<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211; true<br \/>\n3 &#8211; <strong>Default<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0&#8211; true<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>8-<\/strong> It is mandatory to process orders via <a href=\"https:\/\/unicommerce.com\/blog\/how-picklist-optimization-best-for-warehouse-management-operations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Picklist<\/a>. During this process, seller will get an option to close the boxes. Once user will hit close box button, a popup to submit &#8216;Seal-ID&#8217; will come. System will automatically fetch seal ID from Ajio. More Info <a href=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/ajio-order-processing-using-seal-id\/\">AJIO Order Processing Using Seal ID<\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>9-<\/strong> There is no provision to manually change\/update the seal id by seller. AJIO will be providing e-way bill PDF and box-specific packing slips. These packing slips need to paste on boxes. Seller can identify these boxes by looking the seal ids.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>10-<\/strong> It is advised to split\/merge shipments only till the items are not added in box, post which merging or splitting may lead to errors or abrupt behaviour.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>11-<\/strong> Manifest closure is a mandatory step while processing Ajio orders.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">For sellers who have enabled E-invoicing as per Government guidelines and are printing Waybill, have to Generate the manifest <b>within 2 days of printing the Invoice<\/b>.
