COD is not available at Trendyol.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Below are the important points that need to be kept in mind while adding the channel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Order sync<\/strong>, inventory sync and catalog sync are available.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sellers need to select the region code at channel config &#8220;<strong>Store Front Code<\/strong>&#8221; to fetch orders for a particular country. (<strong>AE<\/strong> = United Arab Emirates or <strong>SA<\/strong> = Saudi Arabia)<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong> To get the orders for both regions, seller needs to add two different channels with the same connector credentials.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As of now, all order in uniware will sync with payment method as <strong>PREPAID<\/strong>. COD is not available at Trendyol. For this channel config &#8220;<strong>PaymentMethodForAutoVerify<\/strong>&#8221; is auto set to <strong>PREPAID<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Invoices code and TAX details and invoice template are to be provided by Uniware.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marketplace shipping is present for this channel using <strong>Aramax<\/strong> and <strong>Tracking details<\/strong> and <strong>Label <\/strong>print will be fetched from the channel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Split shipment<\/strong> is not allowed on Uniware for Trendyol.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>On Manifest closure, the\u00a0<strong>Dispatched<\/strong>\u00a0status will get updated on the channel.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the seller will not handover the packages without closing the Manifest in uniware to avoid status mismatch.<\/li>\n<li><b>Status sync<\/b>\u00a0will work for\u00a0<b>Cancelled,<\/b> <strong>Shipped<\/strong>, <strong>D<\/strong><b>elivered\u00a0<\/b>and<b>\u00a0Return<\/b>\u00a0cases from channel to UC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seller<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>side<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>from uniware: <\/strong>As of now, Only full order cancellation is <strong>allowed<\/strong>\u00a0in this Integration, Cancelled status will get updated on the channel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>side<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>from channel: <\/strong>Partial Order cancellation is allowed from Trendyol end.
