{"id":139,"date":"2019-07-14T05:16:17","date_gmt":"2019-07-14T05:16:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/?p=1"},"modified":"2024-05-27T15:14:06","modified_gmt":"2024-05-27T09:44:06","slug":"implementation-of-gst-in-tally-erp-9","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/implementation-of-gst-in-tally-erp-9\/","title":{"rendered":"Integration of Tally ERP 9 GST with uniware"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>With Unicommerce integration with GST Compliant Tally (<strong>Supported version Tally ERP 9 version 6.0.1 and above<\/strong>). <strong>Prime Tally <\/strong>and <strong>Cloud Tally <\/strong>are\u00a0also supported<strong>. <\/strong>In Cloud Tally we only support import-export feature as of now.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In Tally and Tally prime, you can seamlessly manage sales (B2B* and B2C), Returns, Cancelled orders and Inventory.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Other features also include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Bulk item creation with HSN code<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Management of Purchase entries in Tally from Uniware<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Seller can updates their sales in tally without inventory as well.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">We also handle the TCS amount in tally, for that we need to create the TCS ledger in tally, after that value can be updated in tally.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Batch details in Tally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For this, you need to create all the ledger name in tally according to GST format (as per client\u2019s tax classification).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3888\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Tally-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"80\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Steps to Integrate Tally:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Pre-requisites:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>a.<\/strong> Create a company in Tally with the name of Unicommerce to import all the data.\u00a0 As soon as the TCP is updated, the Import for Unicommerce is created.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>b.<\/strong> Create SKU alias sheet for inventory management perspective in Tally and save in the folder path, which will be used in the configuration steps later.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>c.<\/strong> Product mapping is done to associate \u2013 item name- tally name, item alias \u2013 uniware\u00a0 SKU codes as uniware only handle simple sku not bundle or combo sku in tally.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Below mentioned are the Four Key Steps required to be followed to complete the one-click tally Integration:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>A.<\/strong> Configure TDL\/TCP file in Tally<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>B.<\/strong> Configure Import module<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>C.<\/strong> Export data from Unicommerce<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>D.<\/strong> Import downloaded data into Tally<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Note: To know how to replace the existing Tally TCP with a new TCP file, <a href=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/how-to-replace-the-existing-tally-tcp-with-a-new-tcp-file\/\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Let us now begin with these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>A)<\/strong> TDL configuration in Tally.ERP9-<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Perform the following steps in the given order:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Go to the Gateway of Tally and Press F12 (To Configure).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3889\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Tally-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"473\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Select Product &amp; Features or, press &#8220;T&#8221;.
