For more detail\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/how-to-add-a-new-channel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use channel config\u00a0 &#8220;<strong>Notify Channel On Dispatch<\/strong>&#8221;\u00a0as\u00a0<b>Yes.\u00a0<\/b>It will update the order shipment tracking notification to the channel for any state change in UC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Below are the important points that need to be kept in mind while adding the channel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We provide catalog pull and inventory push features.<\/li>\n<li>The orders will be pushed by the Channel to the Uniware in real time flow.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invoice code<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Tax<\/strong> details are provided by UC.<\/li>\n<li>Marketplace shipping is not present for this channel. Orders are\u00a0<strong>self-shipped<\/strong>\u00a0i.e. shipping will be handled by the seller.\u00a0<strong>Tracking Details<\/strong>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<strong>Label<\/strong>\u00a0print will be provided by UC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Order split<\/strong>\u00a0and multi box shipment are not allowed.<\/li>\n<li>On Manifest closure, the Dispatched status will\u00a0get updated on the channel.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the seller will not handover the packages without closing the Manifest in uniware to avoid status mismatch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status sync<\/strong> will work for <strong>Cancelled<\/strong>, <strong>Dispatched<\/strong> and <strong>Delivered<\/strong> cases from channel to UC.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Return<\/strong> status sync is not handled by Kult side from channel to UC. Sellers need to do return manually.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Seller<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>side<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>from uniware: <\/strong>Seller side cancellation from UC is not allowed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Customer<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>side<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>from channel: <\/strong>Only full order and item level cancellation is allowed, Quantity level cancellation is not allowed.
