Although sellers cannot process the order during this time, the inventory associated with the SKU in that order will still be <strong>blocked<\/strong> in UC.<\/li>\n<li><b>Status sync<\/b> will work for <strong>Cancelled<\/strong>, <strong>Dispatched<\/strong> and <strong>Delivered<\/strong>\u00a0cases from channel to UC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Return status sync<\/strong> is not handled by the FNP side. Sellers need to manage returns manually.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seller<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>side<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>from uniware: <\/strong>Seller side cancellation from UC is not allowed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>side<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>from channel: <\/strong>Full order, item level, as well as quantity level cancellation is allowed.
