To configure Uniware 2 factor authentication, you need to get your Amazon account and credentials and ask amazon to add Two-Step App process.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Make ‘Authenticator App’ as default method a<\/strong>nd while doing so make sure that default OTP option is set as Authenticator app on Amazon panel. (Check Step-3)<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Seller panel, Follow the steps: Settings->Login Settings->Two-Step Verification (2SV) Settings->Edit->Add new app->Can’t scan the barcode?<\/p>\n

Kindly refer to below steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1-<\/strong> Login on https:\/\/sellercentral.amazon.in<\/a> and Go Settings> Login Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n

2-<\/strong> Click on Edit for \u201cTwo-Step Verification (2SV) Settings<\/strong>\u201c<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

3-<\/strong> Remove all saved Methods (Preferred and backup) then create a new Method with Authenticator App, <\/strong>Click on \u201cAdd new app<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Also, <\/strong>make sure that the default OTP option is set as Authenticator app on Amazon panel and set the preference to Auth App.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4-<\/strong> Click on \u201cCan’t scan the barcode?<\/strong>\u201d and copy that key.<\/p>\n

5-<\/strong> Paste that key on Uniware in the Amazon Connectors page > (Amazon 2 Factor Authentication) > Click Connect<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

6-<\/strong> System will give the OTP on popup screen<\/p>\n

A-<\/strong> Copy that OTP.<\/span><\/p>\n

B-<\/strong> Enter that OTP on Amazon and Click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

7- <\/strong>In Uniware POPUP click Submit<\/strong>, leaving that space blank.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

8-<\/strong> Connectors get reconfigured. Then you can reconnect the rest connectors to assure all syncs.<\/p>\n
