Actions Required<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>GST Tax Classes<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If needed,\u00a0<strong>create new GST tax classes<\/strong>\u00a0in Uniware.<\/li>\n<li>You can follow Uniware\u2019s guide on how to add tax classes here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/?ht-kb-search=1&amp;s=create+gst+tax+class&amp;utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/?ht-kb-search%3D1%26s%3Dcreate%2Bgst%2Btax%2Bclass%26utm_source%3Dchatgpt.com&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1758268395628000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3j3lJKD62q1-5ZqZkIkZ8r\">How to Add Tax Class in Uniware<\/a>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/?ht-kb-search=1&amp;s=create+gst+tax+class&amp;utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/?ht-kb-search%3D1%26s%3Dcreate%2Bgst%2Btax%2Bclass%26utm_source%3Dchatgpt.com&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1758268395628000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3j3lJKD62q1-5ZqZkIkZ8r\">support.unicommerce.com<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Map all products whose GST rate has changed to the correct new tax classes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>GST 2.0 Migration Import<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A new import option named\u00a0<strong>GST 2.0 Migration<\/strong>\u00a0will be available\u00a0<strong>from 16th September 2025 onwards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Import file must include these fields:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Uniware SKU Code<\/strong>\u00a0(mandatory)<\/li>\n<li><strong>GST Tax Class Code<\/strong>\u00a0(mandatory)<\/li>\n<li><strong>MRP<\/strong>\u00a0(optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You can upload mappings using this file anytime from 16th September until the migration cut-off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Timelines<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>New GST rates will be applied to\u00a0<strong>invoices created from 22nd September 2025, 2:00 AM onwards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Please\u00a0<strong>do not invoice any shipments between 12:00 AM and 2:00 AM on 22nd September 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Updated tax classes\/mappings will be visible in product listings from 2:00 AM on 22nd September 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verification &amp; Corrections<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The new mappings won\u2019t appear in the Uniware UI until 22nd September, 2:00 AM.<\/li>\n<li>However, you can export the GST 2.0 Migration mappings anytime after uploading them to verify.<\/li>\n<li>If needed, you may re-upload the mapping file before 22nd September for corrections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invoices &amp; Returns<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Old GST rates will apply to all invoices created\u00a0<strong>before<\/strong>\u00a02:00 AM on 22nd September 2025.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Returns<\/strong>\u00a0will be invoiced at the same GST rate as the forward order, irrespective of the return date.<\/li>\n<li>If you reprint an old invoice after 22nd September, the\u00a0<strong>old GST rates<\/strong>\u00a0will still be printed, but the\u00a0<strong>new MRP<\/strong>\u00a0(if updated) will be used (MRP is always fetched in real time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Order Handling<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>For orders created\u00a0<strong>before<\/strong>\u00a022nd September but invoiced\u00a0<strong>on or after<\/strong>\u00a0that date:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shopify<\/strong>: Resync the orders to fetch updated details.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other websites integrated with Uniware<\/strong>: Delete and resync the orders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom API integrations<\/strong>: Delete and re-push the orders.<\/li>\n<li>For further assistance, please reach out to your\u00a0<strong>Customer Success Manager<\/strong>\u00a0or the\u00a0<strong>Unicommerce Support Team (+91 9205297025<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Price Updates \/ MRPs<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>You will need to\u00a0<strong>manually update product prices<\/strong>\u00a0on your website\/marketplaces;
