The customer return is handled by Market-places or by vendors depending upon from where the order originated.<br \/>\nJust create a &#8220;Put away Direct returns&#8221; to handle a case where the items are returned from the marketplace. Click <a href=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/q-how-do-we-create-put-away-for-received-returns-returns-received-at-marketplace\/\">here<\/a> to know how to do it?<\/div>\n<div><b><i>With this step, internally Uniware creates a \u00a0Reverse pick up with awaiting action &#8220;Wait for Return and cancel&#8221; for the order items whose order had come from market-places.<\/i><\/b> If an order came from a custom channel, then all 4 options will be available while creating a reverse pick up.
