List of Vendors can be easily created in bulk by importing a CSV file into the system. Follow these simple steps:<\/p>\n

1-<\/strong> Select Tools > Import<\/strong> in the menu.\"\"<\/p>\n

2-<\/strong> \u00a0Select “Vendors” in the import type.\"\"<\/p>\n

3-<\/strong> You can create a new sheet or update the existing one.\"\"<\/p>\n

4-<\/strong> You can download the template and update the values to create the list of vendors. It will create a list of vendors in the system.<\/p>\n

5-\u00a0 <\/strong>Fill the values as per your vendor details with mandatory filed.<\/p>\n

The meaning of all the mandatory fields is as explained below:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vendor Code\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0: Unique alphanumeric code to defined to identify a vendor.<\/p>\n

Vendor Name\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 : Vendor’s name to be defined in the system.<\/p>\n

Primary Contact email \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0: The email ID of the vendor.<\/p>\n

Primary Contact Phone\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0: The phone number of the vendor.<\/p>\n

Shipping Address Line1 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0: Shipping address of the vendor.<\/p>\n

Shipping Address City \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0: The city in the shipping address.<\/p>\n

Shipping Address State\u00a0 \u00a0 : The state in the shipping address.<\/p>\n

Shipping Address pincode : The pincode in the shipping address.<\/p>\n

Shipping Address phone \u00a0 : The phone no. in the shipping address.<\/p>\n
