For example, for every Tax Type code and State code, define a tax range, start price=0 and end price =5000, the next row contains start price=5000 and end price=15000. Also, for the final row, which defines the\u00a0 maximum limit, set the end price as any large numeric value (greater than the start price in the row of course) like 99999. Don&#8217;t worry!
