On the \u2018Shipments\u2019 page, select the shipments to be processed now and click on the button \u2018Add to Batch\u2019. You can now generate their invoices and print shipping labels together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will take away your burden of processing each shipment individually.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create new batches of shipping packages or add to the existing ones, just the way you like to manage them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Add_Item_details_at_Invoicing\"><\/span><b>A<\/b><b>dd Item details at Invoicing<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have specified any of the item details like certificate number, serial number or IMEI number at the item definition, then these must be added at the time of generating invoice of a shipping package or during bulk invoicing of a batch of shipments. Earlier this step was required at the time of Receiving before invoice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On \u2018Shipments\u2019 page, the system will request you to add these value(s) as soon as you click on \u2018Print Invoices\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can configure the product detail attributes by setting the values like the certificate number, serial number or IMEI number in the given field at the Product definition:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Import_Sale_Orders_made_easier\"><\/span><b>Import Sale Orders made easier<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All you need to do is to add the Customer code in the import file for the sale orders. This can internally link the billing and shipping address with the respective customer code(s). This will save you the effort of mentioning the billing and shipping addresses for different customers in the import files. However, none of these fields are mandatory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer code is basically required to generate tax invoices for B2B channels. It can be any code to recognize a particular customer. It is defined during the channel configuration:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unverified_orders_to_be_included_in_new_field_Pending_Inventory_Assessment\"><\/span><b>Unverified orders to be included in new field Pending Inventory Assessment<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would like to inform you that the unverified orders will now be included in the pending orders assessment. The change promises to provide you a correct reflection of the inventory in stock and that which is required to be ordered. This update targets to increase your efficiency in managing your inventory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the Inventory snapshot you can now see a newly introduced field called \u201cPending Inventory Assessment\u201d. It contains the product inventory for orders which are still lying as unverified in the system. This field can also be used in the Inventory update formula for the respective inventory allocation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auto Order verification is set at the time of channel configuration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u200b <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Increased_visibility_on_Vendor_Inventory_Updates\"><\/span><b>Increased visibility on Vendor Inventory Updates<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enjoy an increased visibility in the Inventory Update history made in their product catalogs. You can now check the recent updates made by the vendor on his product catalog by clicking on the button \u2018Vendor Inventory Log\u2019 on the top right corner of the screen. You can check the action performed on each SKU by whom and at what time. Also, draw comparison between the old inventory counts and the new adjustments made.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create Item mapping between the Vendor catalog and Uniware. The interface has a new look and feel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Order_completion_will_no_longer_depend_on_the_shipment_delivery\"><\/span><b>Order completion will no longer depend on the shipment delivery<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completion of an order need not wait for the delivery of a shipment. As soon all the shipments within an order are marked \u2018dispatched\u2019, the Order status is immediately updated to \u2018Complete\u2019. This marks the completion of an order life cycle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Now_link_newly_created_SKUs_with_much_more_ease\"><\/span><b>Now link newly created SKUs with much more ease!<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u200bAt the time of product mapping between the Item SKU at Uniware and that on the channel, when you try to link an unmapped item, the system intuitively searches for an existing product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uniware will suggest a list of products which are similar to the unlinked item SKU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Auto_product_mapping_on_Catalog_sync_made_easier_and_more_reliable\"><\/span><b>Auto product mapping on Catalog sync made easier and more reliable<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u200bNo longer would you need to go track the product and map it manually. Consider a case where product catalog is synced at a channel and new items come in.
