In our system we define them as a bunch of order items which have to dispatched for a particular user. The system generates an invoice and a label for the fulfilment of an order.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/what-is-an-order-order-item-and-shipment-what-are-their-statuses-during-the-life-cycle-of-an-order\/\">Want to know more about Order Items?<\/a><\/p>\n<p>An order can be brought into the system in numerous ways, namely<br \/>\n1. Order sync<br \/>\n2. Import CSV file<br \/>\n3. Manual Creation<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is Order sync?<\/strong><br \/>\nBy Order sync we mean bringing all the orders from the sales channels configured in our Uniware. It is a system process which runs on its own in every 10 minutes. But if you want to sync your orders as and when you want to, then trigger it manually!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/q-does-the-system-auto-update-the-status-of-orders-dispatched-cancelled-returned-directly-from-the-channels-panel\/\">Learn more<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Import CSV file<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can easily import the orders in bulk.
