For this add the\u00a0<strong>facilities code<\/strong>\u00a0same as added in connect facility map through the option \u2018<strong>Choose Facilities For Inventory Sync<\/strong>\u2018.<\/p>\n<p>It should be ensured that the particular warehouse is selected. \u2013 If we associate more than one facility in this case, system will give error for such case while sync the inventory.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10431\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/meeshoV2_260423_3-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1287\" height=\"448\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Below are the important points needs to be kept in mind while adding the channel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Order sync, Inventory sync and Catalog sync are available<\/li>\n<li>Only single item orders will be created and Order Splitting(based on quantity) is\u00a0not allowed\u00a0on this channel.<\/li>\n<li>The channel setting parameter <strong>API Version<\/strong> must be selected as <strong>V2 <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">(ref: <a href=\"https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/meesho-migration-steps-for-uc-sellers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meesho Migration Steps for UC Sellers<\/a>)<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Shipping will be handled by channel, tracking details will be fetched from channel only.<\/li>\n<li>Label with invoice print will be fetched from channel only.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Meesho Label Format <\/strong>config provides sellers with enhanced flexibility. These orders can be identified by the column <strong>On-Hold<\/strong> , these orders will have a value \u2018<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u2019 against them.<br \/>\n<\/span><b>i. Action to be taken: No action needed, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orders will move to Pending Tab once Meesho sends us a verification event.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Acceptance Preference: Accept by Inventory &amp; Inventory Not available currently<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : This is a rare case where positive inventory was sent by UC when order was taken, But UC Ran out of inventory by the time order came. This case will be quite rare since orders are pushed by Meesho as soon as they are created event if they are not verified by meesho<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Acceptance Preference: Accept Manually : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All Orders will fall in the unverified Tab and sellers will have to accept one by one.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Failed Orders<\/strong>: For Failed Orders, orders have to be manually accepted.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For All unverified orders with <\/span><b>On-Hold status as yes, No action needs to be taken,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Only for unverified orders with <\/span><b>on-hold status as \u2018No\u2019 needs to be processed.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For all unverified orders with on hold status as \u2018<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u2019, You do not need to consider the fulfillment SLA. The SLA will start only after they are no longer on hold\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While Accepting an order if you receive an error &#8211; \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Order is unverified at meesho end<\/strong>\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> , It&#8217;s an example of case 1 and no action has to be taken.
