The last 4 years have been an exciting journey for us, as we continued to solve your major pain points in eCommerce operations through product innovations and helped you grow your online business.<\/p>\n

However, in these last 4 years, we continued to provide all our services at the same rate. But, now we need to make certain changes in our pricing structure, to ensure that we are able to continue serving you in a sustainable manner and keep providing the value you deserve.<\/p>\n

Please note the following changes in our pricing structure, which would be in effect from the next financial year (01 April 2017):<\/p>\n

New Methodology for Invoice Charging<\/p>\n

You would be charged 1 invoice (3 points for Standard and 3.5 points for Professional) for every 10 items (as compared to 20 items per invoice before). For ease of understanding, please refer to the table below:<\/p>\n

Deletion of labels and manifests older than 1st April 2016<\/p>\n

We would be deleting all labels and manifests older than 1st April 2016 from our server on 1st April 2017. This is important for us to rationalize our server space and improve our server stability.<\/p>\n
