User can change the shelf code anytime before putaway completion.<\/li>\n<li>During order fulfilment, SKU batch with the nearest expiry will be allocated first.<\/li>\n<li>Uniware will enable returned order items to be kept into their respective batches\/shelves.<\/li>\n<li>Uniware will provide reports to enable stock liquidation of expired batches, trace SKU batches back to vendors and prohibit sale of expired SKU batches.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Capture_the_expiry_date_during_GRN\"><\/span><strong>Capture the expiry date during GRN<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>During GRN user can enter details for each incoming batch of that SKU and system will generate a unique code for each batch of that SKU. The same functionality can also be achieved using imports for bulk quantity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For Expiry Date Capture<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4208\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Itemgrn10203.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1239\" height=\"585\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4207\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Itemgrn10204.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1339\" height=\"605\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>For MFG Date Capture<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4209\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Itemgrn10202.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1235\" height=\"491\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4206\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Itemgrn10201.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1323\" height=\"601\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MFG Date, Shelf Life &amp; Expiry are interlinked at Item Level Traceability if MFG: 12th Apr and Shelf Life: 10 days then Expiry: 22nd April.<\/p>\n<p>MFG, Shelf Life &amp; Expiry would be populated during GRN for all expirable items. Shelf-life would be a non-editable field. Based on MFG\/Expiry, the other one would be auto-populated.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a facility level FLAG that determined if the expiry details are to be captured during GRN or QC. In either of the cases mentioned, QC to be done basis these entries only at QC step.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For Auto GRN Import,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If system config Capture_expiry_at = \u201cGRN\u201d then for expirable items. Manufacturing date would be compulsory if determine_expiry_from= \u201cManufacturing date\u201c. Expiry date would be compulsory if determine_expiry_from= \u201cExpiry date\u201c<\/p>\n<p>For Item Master import, add Expirable and Shelf life columns to the import.
