If you already have a Web Service User established in your Magento account, skip this part.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Log in to your Magento account and follow the nested drop-down menus in this order:<\/strong> System&gt; Web Services&gt; SOAP\/XML-RPD-Users.<\/p>\n<p>Then, click Users. On the next screen, click the Add New User button.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"gmail-alignleft gmail-size-full gmail-wp-image-189843\" title=\"magento_admin1\" src=\"http:\/\/d21txek0ttpfbd.cloudfront.net\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/magento_admin1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"gmail-alignleft gmail-size-full gmail-wp-image-189863\" title=\"magento_admin2\" src=\"http:\/\/d21txek0ttpfbd.cloudfront.net\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/magento_admin21.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>2- On this screen, fill in the fields as follows:<\/strong><br \/>\n<u>User Name:\u00a0<\/u>User Name to be used for API login (e.g.: uniwire_api_user)<br \/>\n<u>First Name:\u00a0<\/u>First name of user<br \/>\n<u>Last Name:<\/u>\u00a0Last name of user<br \/>\n<u>Email:<\/u>\u00a0Email address for user<br \/>\n<u>API\u00a0Key:<\/u>\u00a0API key to be used for API login (e.g.: uniware)<br \/>\n<u>This Account is:<\/u>\u00a0Active<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-\u00a0<\/strong>Click\u00a0<strong>Save\u00a0<\/strong>User.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Go to the Roles menu by following the drop down menu in this order:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>System&gt; Web Services&gt; SOAP\/XML-RPD-Roles. Click Roles. Then, click the Add New Role button, then enter a Role Name (e.g.: \u201cUniware integration\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"gmail-alignleft gmail-size-full gmail-wp-image-189873\" title=\"magento_admin2.5\" src=\"http:\/\/d21txek0ttpfbd.cloudfront.net\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/magento_admin2.5.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Go to the left navigation menu on the same screen and click Roll Resources.<\/strong>\u00a0Change the Resource Access selection from Custom to All.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6-\u00a0<\/strong>Click the<strong>\u00a0Save Role\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7- Next, map the User to the Role.<\/strong>\u00a0Once again, navigate: System, Web Services, SOAP\/XML-RPD-Users. Click Users, then click on the user you created (e.g.: uniware_api_user).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"gmail-alignleft gmail-size-full gmail-wp-image-189883\" title=\"magento_admin3\" src=\"http:\/\/d21txek0ttpfbd.cloudfront.net\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/magento_admin3.png\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>8- In the left navigation menu, click User Role.<\/strong>\u00a0Select the role you created (e.g.: Uniware\u00a0integration role).<\/p>\n<p><strong>9-<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Click the Save User button<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Please Note: While configuring the channel at Uniware, add the values as generated above.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/customer\/portal\/attachments\/414441\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click on Connectors and fill Magento website Admin\u00a0URL and API Username and key which was created on Magento.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>COD Payments Methods<\/strong><\/u>: Codes like cashondelivery, COD,\u00a0msp_cashondelivery,\u00a0checkmo\u00a0etc are to be filled so that orders with given codes are treated as COD orders while all other payment mode\u00a0orders will be fetched as PREPAID orders\u00a0orders in Uniware.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Order Statuses:\u00a0<\/strong><\/u>These statuses can be generated at Magento panel, following the path System -&gt; Order status.<\/p>\n<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/customer\/portal\/attachments\/390138\" alt=\"\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>These status codes\u00a0must be entered in the configuration.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong> As catalog sync feature is not present for Magento so manual mapping has to be done for Magento products for more details: <a href=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/q-how-to-link-skus-in-bulk\/\">Click Here<\/a><\/p>\n<div>Uniware pulls cancelled and complete (Dispatched) status from Magento1.x to Uniware.<\/div>\n<div>This is order level update and if any item is cancelled within that sale order, that will not get updated.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Setting up the Magento module To install the Uniware\u00a0in Magento, you need to create a Web Service User in your Magento Admin.
