In the case of a prepaid transaction, payment details have to be printed on the invoice. For all orders from Marketplace or Cart.<\/p>\n<div>For all marketplaces for that, we fetch the invoice details these QR code related details will also sync to uniware. But for custom\u00a0orders, we need to fill the values in uniware respective options.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"578\"><strong>Need to add in Facility and Billing party<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"578\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4865\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/facility2631.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1274\" height=\"454\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"578\">\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Seller needs to mention as per below, Dynamic QR Code is required to contain the following information:<\/p>\n<p>(a) Supplier GSTIN number- Need to add in Facility and Billing party<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong> GSTIN must be exactly 15 digits long as per NIC guidelines.<br \/>\n(b) Supplier UPI ID\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 Need to add in Facility and Billing party<br \/>\n(c) Payee\u2019s Bank A\/C number and IFSC &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 Need to add in Facility and Billing party<br \/>\n(d) Invoice number &amp; invoice date,<br \/>\n(e) Total Invoice Value and<br \/>\n(f) GST amount along with breakup i.e. CGST, SGST, IGST, CESS, etc.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4500\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/QRcode_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"590\" height=\"644\" \/><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>In case of COD<\/strong> ,<\/p>\n<p>QR Code present on invoice and have the information of<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"334\">Supplier GSTIN number<br \/>\nSupplier UPI ID<br \/>\nPayee\u2019s Bank A\/C number and IFSC<br \/>\nInvoice number &amp; invoice date<br \/>\nTotal Invoice Value and<br \/>\nGST amount along with breakup i.e. CGST, SGST, IGST, CESS, etc.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"578\"><strong>In case of Prepaid<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"578\">No QR code on invoice but Invoice has a cross-reference of the payment on the invoice with the following details<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"578\">Payment transaction-id<\/li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"578\">Payment date and time<\/li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"578\">Payment amount<\/li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"578\">Payment Mode like UPI, Credit card, Debit card, online banking, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"578\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5030\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/DynamicQrCode35211.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"552\" height=\"206\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"578\"><strong>For custom order page value must be filled as per below filed.<\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4866\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/facility2632.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1291\" height=\"390\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Order processing and Invoice generation steps are as same as earlier you do.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To download invoices in Pdf format, you can follow the below steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>1- <\/strong>Search for a given shipment by selecting \u2018Shipment\u2019 on the main menu.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/wjOr5bmnWHwRJduWuKiV555S0qD35Rfg0D44HHp_reljjHTngDicVAjuDxDTiwLO0cpAAYZjpJeJ6zUQx8tKvamUQjL_eMG1DI_w4ydq-51-VHwbEAgmZfYAA3EoE80W936xcetn\" width=\"531\" height=\"155\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> Search the required shipment under the respective status <strong>Packed <\/strong>(for invoice).
