Let us understand the process of dispatching multiple shipping packages or orders in bulk using the \u2018Import<\/strong>\u2019 file on Uniware. You can also assign the shipping provider name and AWB of the respective package code and dispatch by the same sheet.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. To dispatch Shipping Packages in Bulk, you can take the export of orders by using this path: <\/span>Fulfillment > Shipments > Packed\u00a0 <\/b>or Fulfillment > Shipments > Ready to Ship<\/b><\/b>\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. You can take the export of this tab by clicking on \u201c<\/span><\/b>Export<\/strong>\u201d at the top right corner of the page. The exports will appear by clicking on the View Export<\/strong> button. You may take the download of this file.<\/span><\/b><\/b>\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Follow the path Tools > Import<\/strong> and select \u2018Force Dispatch Shipping Package<\/strong>\u2019 in the Import Type.<\/span><\/b><\/b>\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Download the csv file from \u2018Download CSV format<\/strong>\u2019 and then fill the data for respective shipment details in the mandatory column.<\/span><\/b><\/b><\/b>\"\"Other columns can be filled as per your requirement. The meaning of all the available columns is explained here:

    Skip Channel Invoicing<\/span><\/td>\nTo dispatch shipments which are not yet in \u2018Packed\u2019 status. Use 1 to Skip Channel Invoicing.<\/span><\/td>\nNo<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    5. Save file file in the same (csv) format and upload the file through the same page by clicking the \u2018Choose File<\/strong>\u2019 option. You can check the status of this Imported file by clicking the \u2018View Import<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/span><\/p>\n

    You can also check the status of shipment by clicking the \u2018Shipments<\/strong>\u2019 option under the Order details. The status of these shipments will be displayed as \u2018Dispatched<\/strong>\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n
