Then use the separate facility for AJIO order processing as scanning is mandatory for this.\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><strong>System config:<\/strong> <em><strong>Mandate Scanning For SKU Traceability<\/strong><\/em> must be enabled by the UC team. by this, sellers will not be able to process the order by clicking on the invoice button instead they will have to scan all the SKUs in picklist to generate the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">In Ajio\u2019s terms, B2C &amp; B2B are completely different.\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><b>Orders placed by customers are B2C orders<\/b><br \/>\n1- JIT model \u2013 We are integrated with this channel named\u00a0<strong>AJIO<\/strong><br \/>\n2- DropShip model \u2013 We are integrated with this channel named\u00a0<strong>AJIO<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Omni\u00a0<\/strong>Refer\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/integration-with-ajio-dropship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Integration with AJIO Dropship<\/a><b><\/b><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><b>Order placed by Ajio as advanced stocking is B2B<br \/>\n<\/b>In this, bulk POs are placed by Ajio \u2013 We are integrated with this channel named\u00a0<strong>AJIO B2B<\/strong>. Items of one order are packed into multiple boxes. The AJIO wants the boxes to be sealed by a unique seal id. Seal id will be stored in system and can be checked from Box wise packing slip or from Shipping package details (Refer below image). Need to paste packslip print on top of each box.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3859\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/ajio8282.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"843\" height=\"409\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Invoice Format:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3862\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/ajio8284.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"479\" height=\"442\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Box Slip Format:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3861\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/ajio8283.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"489\" height=\"362\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>7.<\/strong> Once all items are packed, system will fetch invoice pdf from Ajio for all the items packed in boxes. AWB number too will be updated automatically on same. This will come only if you have enable the option to enable invoice editing in channel settings. Check Ajio B2B article.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>8. <\/strong>Only invoice print fetched from Ajio to be attached with the orderbox while handover to Pickup guy.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>9.<\/strong> Separate shipping Label print is not required. Complete package tracking will be made via Box IDs and the tracking code updated on packing slips.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>10.<\/strong> Go to VMS portal: Generate the pack label for bundles from the VMS portal of AJIO.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Steps: Picking-&gt;ReadytoShip<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>11.<\/strong> Go to manifest and click create manifest, select the channel AJIO-B2B and respective shipping provider and enter the AJIO Vehicle Number in Comments(please note this is mandatory, if skipped manifest won\u2019t be closed).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">For sellers who have enabled E-invoicing as per Government guidelines and are printing Waybill, have to Generate the manifest <b>within 2 days of printing the Invoice<\/b>. Otherwise, they won&#8217;t be able to close the manifest in Uniware as AJIO won&#8217;t allow and give the below error: <strong>&#8220;IRN details cannot be provided as it is generated more than 2 days prior &#8220;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/nXecff99c0xmZe5qkea4wUqYcsUch29Vcq6tLd2oyYBlQ-2iHwOAEwZtvTGpiT4sj8BRLUhu61Wi9bzpecXjZr-G7-5gRgt42-wsVXcjQ-JlBvprEQabJlOlqcG0wIu2b9KnVIIt\" width=\"624\" height=\"319\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Below are the important points need to be kept in mind.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Unicommerce offers Pendency sync, Catalog sync, Inventory sync and order sync.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Boxing With Packslip Enabled: Yes, <\/strong>must be enabled on channel setting page and it is mandatory to print packing slip for each packed box of AJIO.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Predefined package type splittable<\/strong> parameter needs to be set as Yes. This will help to split shipment and generate invoice for the scanned items which are already part of packed box. Applicable for those cases where remaining items have been marked as Not Found or Damaged.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Tenant Provided Invoice Code: If Yes<\/strong>, after the boxes are scanned, UC will ask a manual invoice code from the seller and send the same to AJIO which will be printed in the invoice pdf that comes from AJIO invoice detail API. <strong>If No,<\/strong> we will fetch invoice no. generated by AJIO.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Manual Invoice Code<\/strong>, mark this <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><b>Yes&#8221; <\/b>(if you want to override the AJIO invoice code with seller&#8217;s chosen invoice code) and <b>No<\/b> (if you want the AJIO invoice code to be used).<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<div class=\"PD IF\">\n<div id=\":zx.co\" class=\"JL\">\n<div id=\":11b.ma\" class=\"Mu SP\" title=\"June 16, 2020 at 2:03:14 PM UTC+5:30\" data-tooltip=\"June 16, 2020 at 2:03:14 PM UTC+5:30\"><span id=\":11b.co\" class=\"tL8wMe EMoHub\" dir=\"ltr\">While processing the order action <em>Close and assign new box<\/em>, do not mark the item as Not Found. Since this means that other items will be packed in another box. If items are not found do not scan them and at last click on split shipment.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">No orders will be created in Unicommerce with item count exceeding 250. As confirmed with Ajio team, this is because of restrictions from NIC as per which E-way bill generation is not allowed via APIs if number of item counts is exceeding 250 against one invoice. Please note, this check is on individual items only not on quantity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">AJIO will not cancel any item if PO is raised. However, seller can cancel any item\/s before invoice generation and same will be updated on AJIO. These cancellations will be regarded as Seller cancellations against raised PO by Ajio.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">This channel only deals with Bundles, all the orders will be in form of bundles.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Invoices code, TAX details and PDF are provided by channel.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Marketplace shipping is present for this channel. Tracking details (AWB no and Courier partner name will be fetched from the channel.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Box Packslip is provided by Unicommerce.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Packlabel generation will be done from the AJIO VMS portal (as of now).<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>To enable E-invoicing <\/strong>For AJIO JIT:\u00a0 if seller is applicable under Govt Einvoicing norms, seller needs to fill in the credentials in AJIO Gsp EInvoice Panel at connector tab that are passed to AJIO where they generate E-invoice. For this <strong>E-Invoice Enabled <\/strong>must be selected as <strong>Yes <\/strong>and <strong>Gst EInvoicing Enabled From NIC <\/strong>must be selected as <strong>NO <\/strong>on channel setting page.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>Manifest closure is a mandatory step while processing Ajio orders. Sellers who have enabled E-invoicing as per Government guidelines and are printing Waybill, have to Generate the manifest <b>within 2 days of printing the Invoice<\/b>.
