{"id":4887,"date":"2021-03-31T16:07:36","date_gmt":"2021-03-31T10:37:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=4887"},"modified":"2024-02-12T08:25:32","modified_gmt":"2024-02-12T02:55:32","slug":"integration-with-wondersoft-pos-eshopaid","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/integration-with-wondersoft-pos-eshopaid\/","title":{"rendered":"Integration with Wondersoft POS &#8211; eShopaid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Wondersoft POS<\/strong> &#8211; eShopaid is available with uniware under POS Channel in channels.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Follow these simple steps to integrate in Uniware:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>1-<\/strong> In the Uniware menu, select Settings &gt; Channels<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3029\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/channel4201.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1323\" height=\"249\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>2- <\/strong>Then press the button <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/KhTKtcrm4QubtOZfBqPZcpJc1WXyLRgt-0xqgbN4fTAQzYsiRkTadE0Jsl-yBxP1qMFkgwowONDnarLf40hpFdrURSQe6WW7oAb_pqLDpZruFOBAmE0CnAbgNYa91kxaC3FKm2-o\" width=\"148\" height=\"31\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Search and Select &#8220;<strong>Wondersoft<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7157\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WondersoftPOS_14102022_1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"381\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>3-<\/strong> Fill and save the channel details.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7158\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WondersoftPOS_14102022_2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1319\" height=\"597\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>4-<\/strong> Fill the API credentials to configure the connectors.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The seller has to get credentials from Wondersoft team and use the same in the connectors page at the time of adding POS in Unicommerce.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7159\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WondersoftPOS_14102022_3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"890\" height=\"568\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>5- <\/strong>As soon as the POS channel is configured successfully, you can see the Channel Summary.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7160\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WondersoftPOS_14102022_4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1317\" height=\"613\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Below are the important points that needs to be kept in mind while adding the POS channel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wondersoft has 2 types of Integration:<br \/>\n<b>Integration 1: <\/b><br \/>\ni) In L1 Integration, orders processing and Invoice Creation happens in UC and invoice is sent to Wondersoft post dispatch.<br \/>\nii) Returns are created and processed in UC and Return Invoice is pushed to Wondersoft from UC after return completion.<br \/>\niii)\u00a0 Wondersoft manages the inventory using the order dispatch and return completion will be from UC.<strong>Integration 2:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Omni Order Processing:<\/strong><br \/>\ni) Order processing will be done in Wondersoft and Wondersoft will use UC APIs to process the order in UC.<br \/>\nii) As soon as the, Omni Order is created in UC from MP \/ Cart \/ Website, it is sent to Wondersoft from for acceptance of cURL.<br \/>\n<strong>Return Processing: <\/strong><br \/>\ni) RTO: Returns are pushed from UC to Wondersoft after Shipping provider \/ aggregator marks the shipment status as Return_Expected using the payload.<br \/>\nii) CIR: Returns are pushed from UC to Wondersoft after courier is allocated to these returns via the cURL.<\/li>\n<li>Inventory Management: Inventory updates from WonderSoft to uniware through API. For this, Sku must be created at POS first then same SKU need to be created in uniware.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Order Management: Once the order completely processes from uniware its details will update to the POS also.
