It is just a 3-minute process.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Follow the given steps to create Orders for POS :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> \u00a0On the Orders page, Click &#8220;POS Create&#8221; button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2186\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/pos1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1336\" height=\"324\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong>\u00a0 If you want to add the customer details, then while punching the order, you can enter the relevant details about the customer and the payment method for the transaction. In the Item Details, you just have to scan the Item SKU(s) of the purchased items.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> As soon as you select an SKU, the system auto populates the first batch of this SKU based on the logic mentioned below, and the \u201cInventory\u201d column shows the Batch Inventory.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Batch Suggestion Priority Logic for displaying batch code in dropdown is such that the batch codes are sorted by the following way.\n<ul>\n<li>Expiry date (Ascending Order)<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing date<\/li>\n<li>Created date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>The dropdown shows all available batches of the SKU. Note that if a particular Batch is already entered in the table, the user won&#8217;t be able to choose it again.<span style=\"color: #595959; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yj6qo ajU\"><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1333\">The MRP\u00a0 is populated from Batch Details (if applicable) rather than from SKU Details.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1455\">If MRP is not present in Batch details, it should be picked from the SKU Details.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1540\">The Selling Price would be populated from the MRP as calculated above. This can be edited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>By default the Unit contains 1, if the quantity is more, you can add it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5614\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/pos-batch2708213.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1383\" height=\"747\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> You can add discounts\/extra charges if required in the same panel.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2188\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/pos3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1262\" height=\"515\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE:-<\/strong> Uniware provides the feature to see existing inventory count against the item SKU.
