This is because after being cancelled the order item blocked and allocated to that order must be freed and be available for the other orders to be fulfilled.<\/p>\n<p>For an order which is just created\/picked (and not packed yet) and an order item in it is cancelled, then it does not require a put away, it can, however, be put back.<\/p>\n<p>Always remember that the process of putting away will adjust the inventory count for the products correctly.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Credit Note<\/strong> <strong>for cancelled SOI:<\/strong> In Uniware, we don&#8217;t generated the credit note for cancelled SOIs for any order.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>New Flow: <\/strong>For updated flow, follow<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/putaway-cancelled-item-new-ux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Putaway Cancelled Item | New UX<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Old flow:\u00a0<\/strong>Let us now see the steps to be followed in order to create a putaway:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong>\u00a0On the path Inbound &#8211;&gt; Putaway for cancelled orders in Bulk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Putaway for cancelled order can be done in Bulk as well from Fullfilment tab as well.Please follow the below path<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fullfilment &gt;&gt;
