A: Follow these steps to add a custom channel<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> On the path Settings -> Channels, click “Add Channel”<\/p>\n

“Add channel<\/strong>” the next screen shows the list of all the channels that can be added.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> Select “CUSTOM<\/strong>” or “MyStore<\/strong>” from the B2B channels.<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong> On the configurations page, add the channel name which is anything that makes sense to you. We recommend you call it CUSTOM<\/strong> for maintaining uniformity in the system.<\/p>\n

The other fields are optional. Hit Save & Next<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Ledger Name(Optional)<\/strong><\/td>\nChannel ledger name for Tally report data sync. Click Here<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Billing Party (Optional)<\/strong><\/td>\nIt will work the same as facility details do. If blank it will use facility details for seller’s address and invoice series. Click Here<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Customer (Optional)<\/strong><\/td>\nFor bulk orders punch we can set already added customers.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Package Type (Optional)<\/strong><\/td>\nFlexible – It will create package for an order for which items have inventory only.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Fixed – It will create a single package in spite of item inventory status for a given order.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Deduct Fixed GST On Shipping Charges Etc (Optional) –<\/strong><\/td>\nYes\/NO, This parameter will add tax of shipping charges.<\/p>\n

This feature will not work for Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon_IN and Paytm i.e. for the marketplaces where we fetch tax along with the invoices.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

PreDefined Package Splittable (Optional)<\/strong><\/td>\nYes\/NO,\u00a0 This feature for shipment package to be splitted while processing<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Boxing With Packslip Enabled (Optional)<\/strong><\/td>\nYes\/No, This is for boxing feature for seal id and box packages for multiple shipments.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Enable Endless Printing On Thermal Printer (Optional)<\/strong><\/td>\n– In Enterprise version, Channel Level config required which is currently enabled for custom channels only.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
– Width of the invoice’s PDF needs to be defined on the template itself.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
– If this is set TRUE it will print endless invoice which should be printed on a thermal printer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
– It is a limitation that Max Permissible Pdf length is 200 inches.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
– If the items don’t fit on a page size of 200 inches, then multiple pages of 200 inches will be created.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Single Action Invoice Label New<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> This config is not for channels which by default have thermal print label settings i.e Flex, CloudTail.<\/td>\n

This config have with three options<\/p>\n

Off –
\nIn this case there would be two buttons as normal For invoice generation then label generation.
\nNew> Packed> Ready To Ship<\/p>\n

Skip Invoice URL –
\nIn place of Print Label and Print Invoice only a single button would be visible named \u201cPrint Invoice and Label\u201c.
\nDirect Label would be printed, Invoice will not print as Shipment would Direct in Ready To ship.
\nNew> Ready To Ship<\/p>\n

Merge Invoice and Label –
\nIn place of Print Label and Print Invoice only a single button would be visible named \u201cPrint Invoice and Label\u201c.
\nThe combined document Of Invoice and Label would be printed.
