If the inventory is available, the item is marked Fulfillable, else Unfulfillable. Once the inventory is allocated to order items, the shipment(s) is get created and visible in &#8220;New&#8221; tab which is identified with a shipment ID in Uniware.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2387\">Order status is set to \u201c<strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">processing<\/strong>\u201d. During this, the shipment(s) (order items get picked from shelves), packed, ready to ship, manifested and then dispatched to the user. As soon as the shipping package is dispatched successfully, the order status is set to \u201c<strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">complete<\/strong>\u201d. The order can be \u201ccancelled\u201d before Item (s) are being dispatched and after dispatched it can only return in system.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3388\"><strong>The order processing consists of the following tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3504\">Generate Invoice<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3521\">Generate Label<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3536\">Create and Close Manifest<strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\"><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note:- Few steps need to be taken care of while order processing as per the channel SOPs.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Process Flow:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">For order processing with <strong>None\u00a0traceability <\/strong>system, follow the below steps:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Generate Invoice<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Bulk Selection:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"ak-editor-panel css-d4tzhg\" data-panel-type=\"note\">\n<div class=\"ak-editor-panel__content\">\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1010\">Follow these steps to Generate Invoice :<\/p>\n<p><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">1. You can select pick up dates and add comments (which are optional) to create the manifest.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4962\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Manifest21421-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1343\" height=\"617\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/customer\/portal\/attachments\/530949\" alt=\"\" \/>Always remember that at a manifest can be created for a single channel\/market place at a time. Here, only those shipping providers will appear in the drop-down list for which packets with the status \u201cReady to Ship\u201d are present in the system or package is assigned a shipping provider (in case of manual seller shipping).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0In case of Aggregator Shipping,\u00a0 Seller can use, shipping courier-wise segregation on manifest creation.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/customer\/portal\/attachments\/530950\" alt=\"\" \/><strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0In the subsequent sheet add the shipments to the created manifest. This can be done in two ways, either by scanning the Shipment ID\/AWB number or by populating it from the list of existing Ready to Ship packages for the selected Courier provider and Channel.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/530951.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/customer\/portal\/attachments\/530951\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shipping package type selection while adding shipments to manifest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The seller can now opt to choose shipping package type while adding shipments to the manifest.
