Once an order is \u201ccreated<\/strong>\u201d in the system, Uniware does inventory allocation for the ordered item(s). If the inventory is available, the item is marked Fulfillable, else Unfulfillable. Once the inventory is allocated to order items, the shipment(s) is created which is identified with a shipment ID in Uniware.<\/p>\n

Order status is set to \u201cprocessing<\/strong>\u201d. During this, the shipment(s) (order items get picked from shelves), packed, ready to ship, manifested and then dispatched to the user. As soon as the shipping package is dispatched successfully, the order status is set to \u201ccomplete<\/strong>\u201d. The order can be \u201ccancelled\u201d before Item (s) are being dispatched and after dispatched it can only return in system.<\/p>\n

The order processing consists of the following tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Print Invoice<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Print Label<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Create and Close Manifest<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Note:- Few steps need to be taken care of while order processing as per the channel SOPs.<\/p>\n

    Process Flow:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    For order processing with ITEM\u00a0traceability <\/strong>system, follow the below steps:<\/p>\n

    Create Picklist<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Generate Picklist:<\/p>\n

    1-<\/strong>On the picklist page, go to the \u2018Shipments<\/strong>\u2019 tab and scan the item barcode<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    For Boxing With Packslip Enabled<\/strong> channel, system generates the packslip print.<\/p>\n

    Print Invoice<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Follow the steps to Generate Invoice:<\/p>\n

    1-<\/strong>Click on the \u2018Invoice<\/strong>\u2019 Icon to generate the invoice.<\/p>\n

    Once the invoice get generated, user can generate the Label.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    1-<\/strong>Click on Label Icon<\/strong> to generate Label.<\/p>\n

    Similarly, generate invoices and labels for all other shipments in the picklist. Once all Labels will get generated then click on ‘Close Picklist<\/strong>‘, if not, the system will close the picklist automatically once no shipment item is present to take further action.<\/p>\n

    Follow these steps to create a Manifest:<\/p>\n

    1-<\/strong>\u00a0UI Navigation<\/strong>: Fulfillment > Manifests > Create Manifest<\/p>\n

    After creating a manifest next step is to add shipments in that manifest that are ready to dispatch. This can be done in two ways as mentioned below:<\/p>\n

    One by One<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1-<\/strong>In the shipment summary section, enter or scan the barcode of the shipment id or AWB No.<\/p>\n

    1-<\/strong>In shipment summary section, there is an option to check all existing \u2018Ready to Ship\u2019 packages for the selected courier provider and channel. Click on the ‘Three Bars List\u2019 icon to populate it.<\/p>\n

    2-<\/strong>From here shipments can be added to the manifest.<\/p>\n
