It will update location\/facility wise inventory on Fynd and as well as sync orders and returns facility\/location wise.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Use channel config \u2018<strong>Choose Facilities For Inventory Sync<\/strong>\u2018, add the facilities code from the dropdown in connect facility through the channel config option.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-13687\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/fynd_24102024_4-1024x464.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"643\" height=\"291\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/fynd_24102024_4-1024x464.png 1024w, https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/fynd_24102024_4-300x136.png 300w, https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/fynd_24102024_4-768x348.png 768w, https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/fynd_24102024_4-50x23.png 50w, https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/fynd_24102024_4-60x27.png 60w, https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/fynd_24102024_4-100x45.png 100w, https:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/fynd_24102024_4.png 1173w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 643px) 100vw, 643px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Below are the important points that need to be kept in mind while adding the channel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"hkb-article__content\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Order sync, inventory sync and catalog sync are available.<\/li>\n<li>Fynd team will be responsible to sensitize their sellers to fill the sku codes with the same Uniware SKU in their catalog so that mapping can be done automatically preventing any manual effort.<\/li>\n<li>At all times, the location\/facility allocation for the orders would be routed by <strong>Fynd.\u00a0<\/strong>Sellers have to put the map at channel connector setting as\u00a0<code>{\"fyndLocationId1\":\"UCFacilityCode1\",\"fyndLocationId2\":\"UCFacilityCode2\"}<\/code><\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">To avoid adding multiple Fynd channels in uniware (in case of multiple locationIds) you can use multi-mapping under json map field with the respective Uniware warehouse code. Then you should add respective UC warehouse codes at channel config <strong>Choose Facilities For Inventory Sync.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Facility Wise Inventory\u00a0<\/strong>will be there. It will update location\/facility wise inventory on Fynd and as well as sync orders and returns facility\/location wise.\n<ul>\n<li>For this functionality to work, sellers should add the same facility codes as added in connectors\u2019 facility map {\u201cFyndLocationId\u201d:\u201dUC FacilityCode\u201d} through the option \u2018Choose Facilities For Inventory Sync\u2018 on channel settings page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Orders<\/strong> will be feteched from Fynd to UC and the subsequent order processing will be done through UC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invoices details\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Invoice print<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0<strong>A4<\/strong> size format will be fetched from <strong>Fynd<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invoices code<\/strong>\u00a0will be from Uniware in UC report\/UI.<\/li>\n<li>Order Split is not allowed by Fynd.<\/li>\n<li>Marketplace shipping is present for this channel and Tracking details and\u00a0<strong>Label print<\/strong>\u00a0will be fetched from the channel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manifest generation<\/strong>\u00a0will be done on the Uniware. On the manifest closure, UC will update the\u00a0<strong>Dispatched status<\/strong> on Fynd.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seller Cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0is also allowed. Partial\/Complete seller cancellation is allowed till before the order invoicing step. Once the invoicing is done, no seller cancellation is allowed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partial customer cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0is allowed till before the order invoicing step. Once the invoicing is done, no partial cancellation is allowed to get update in UC via status sync.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complete customer cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0is allowed till Dispatched status is updated i.e. the manifest closure step. After the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed to get update in UC via status sync.<\/li>\n<li>Status sync will work to fetch\u00a0<strong>Cancelled<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Delivered<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Return<\/strong>\u00a0cases from channel to UC.<\/li>\n<li>Once the return is completed at seller\u2019s warehouse, the same status is synced in UC and UC notify to <strong>Fynd\u00a0for CIR\/RTO completion<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fynd is available with Uniware under Marketplace\u00a0in Channels.
