For such orders, the time we can start processing will be available in the new field \u201c<strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Channel Processing Time<\/strong>\u201d shown in the screenshot\u00a0below.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3276\">For selective channels (e.g. MyntaPPMP) <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Channel Processing Time<\/strong> will be there with a future date and until this time is achieved or lesser than the current time, no picklist can be created for such orders.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"applicability\"><strong>Applicability<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"909\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Version<\/strong>: All versions (Standard\/Professional\/Enterprise)<br \/>\n<strong>Traceability:<\/strong>\u00a0All Trace ( None\/SKU\/Item Level)<br \/>\n<strong>General Setting Configuration: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Picking Allowed For Upcoming Orders<\/span><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>(Facility Level<\/em>):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>True:<\/strong> If seller wants to make Picklist for Channel Processing Time (CPT) orders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>False:<\/strong> If seller doesn&#8217;t want to make Picklist for Channel Processing Time (CPT) orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3276\"><strong>Visibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3276\">You can see all such orders in a dedicated table: Fulfillment(main menu)&gt;Shipments: <strong>Upcoming<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3276\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11073\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/CPT_06112023_1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1366\" height=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3276\"><strong>Date validation:<br \/>\n<\/strong>For such orders check box option to select for picking will not be visible.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3458\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ChannelProcessingTime_23052023_1.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3458\"><strong>Upcoming Orders : Picking Enhancements at Picklist flow<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"3458\">Provide a filter &#8216;<strong>Upcoming Order Filter<\/strong>&#8216; on the Picklist creation page of Invoicing tab to select \u2018Upcoming Orders\u2019.\n<ul>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"3458\">The Available orders are visible to the filter value \u2018<strong>Current<\/strong>\u2019 on the other hand, Upcoming Orders will be visible to the filter value &#8216;<strong>Upcoming<\/strong>&#8216; by default.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Provide a filter, &#8216;<strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Channel Processing Time<\/strong>&#8216; on the picklist creation page so that user can select the list of upcoming orders that they want to pick by evaluating the remaining CPT duration.\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8494\">If \u2018Processing Eligible Orders\u2019 is selected in the \u2018<strong>Upcoming Order Filter<\/strong>&#8216; filter, then future dates <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\">and time<\/span> will be blocked &amp; unavailable for the user to select in &#8216;channel processing time\u2019 filter calendar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8494\">If \u2018Upcoming Orders\u2019 is selected in the \u2018<strong>Upcoming Order Filter<\/strong>\u2019 filter, then past dates <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\">and time <\/span>will be blocked &amp; unavailable for the user to select in &#8216;channel processing time\u2019 filter calendar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Once the picklists are created, the picking process for \u2018Upcoming Orders\u2019 items&#8217; will work the same as that of the \u2018Confirmed Orders\u2019 Items&#8217;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3458\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11662\" src=\"http:\/\/support.unicommerce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/CPT_Picklist.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1327\" height=\"562\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3458\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"3458\">As of now this Channel Processing Time feature is applicable for few channels e.g. <strong>Amazon Flex<\/strong>, <strong>Amazon.in API<\/strong> and <strong>International<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Flipkart<\/strong> and <strong>PPMP<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"3458\">For <strong>Amazon Flex,<\/strong>\u00a0there is a channel setting parameter &#8220;<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Allow Invoicing For Upcoming Orders (Optional)&#8221; <\/strong><\/span>with the below values:\n<ul>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"3458\"><strong>YES (default):<\/strong> If seller wants to process orders before Channel Processing Time (CPT)<\/li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"3458\"><strong>NO:<\/strong> If seller wants to to process orders as per Channel Processing Time (CPT) date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Then seller can continue the rest order processing steps as per the existing setup i.e. Picklist, Invoice creation and label generation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3458\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We receive upcoming orders which can be processed after a fixed time interval only.
