  • The order items contained in an order and checking its details is just a click away.

The change enables you to identify an order more intuitively.

Details

The shipments page was designed to delineate the orders and shipments present in the system on a user friendly interface to show their respective statuses including other valuable details. This page has been revamped and given a new look and feel.

A methodical distinction of order statuses can be seen clearly on the page.

Please spare a minute to check the assistance promised:

  • Complete order cycle maintenance

Along with checking the current order status, you can easily maintain the order lifecycle through this interface. For example, if you select a packed shipment (packed implies that this shipments has already been invoiced), you can easily print its invoice and generate shipping label.

Working on Uniware becomes easier for you as the system now promises to be suggestive of every next step.

If you select some shipments and print their invoices or labels, Uniware instantly summarizes the process status and gives you the other details associated with it. Please see some sample images as shown below:

Not only it highlights the shipping package status, but also tells you about the invoice and label generation status and their format – which can be PDF or HTML.

If we look at an exceptional case wherein you might try to create a shipping label for the shipments which have not been invoiced yet, the system clearly suggests that the step is not applicable for you. Have a look –

  • Product details

All the order items contained in an order, and their catalog can be seen across each order.

Just click on the catalog icon.

  • The order fulfillment TAT

The page highlights the shipments and their respective fulfillment TAT (Turn Around Time), this is the latest time by when the shipment should be dispatched.

The orders which breached their SLAs are highlighted for immediate action.

  • Shipping details, the provider and its AWB identifier

The shipping details of an order containing the shipment provider, AWB number and the dispatch date are well captured in the table across each order.

3.  Item SKU identification is now available on channel pendency page

Details

We have introduced the Item SKU column in the table on channel pendency page for you to recognize a product with much ease and better clarity. Channel pendency is for the channels which require inventory commitment.

4.  Enabled and disabled Inventory sync recorded in different tabs on the Product mapping page

Details

On the path Channels à Product Mapping, New tabs for Sync Enabled and Sync disabled clearly demarcate the products and respective channels which have been successfully synced from the catalog and those which could not be synced after repeated attempts.

Please notice that Sync Enabled products are Live and Synced from catalog.

While the Sync Disabled products can either be live with disabled flag set or are not live only. The disabled flag is set if after a countable number of attempts, the product is still not synced from the catalog and throws an error.

Now you can re-enable sync for any number of disabled sync items on the interface, with just a single click.

5.  Integrating and using API becomes easier for a new user

Details

For a new user trying to integrate its API with Uniware, the API key generation becomes an uncomplicated task. With a single click on the API page, click on ‘Generate a New API key’.

Follow the path Settings –> API

This key as generated by the system can be used for your APIs integration with us.
