Raise your concerns and tickets at Unidesk
No longer do you need to pick your phone or write an e-mail to reach us. Are you wondering then how will you communicate to us!!?
Well, Uniware now comes integrated with an internal chat called Unidesk, click it and tell us your problem. You can get in touch with one of our Service agents directly and receive faster responses.
You will now see a chat icon within Uniware. Just click and get started. You can raise an issue on the chat!
You can use both Hindi and English languages to chat with us.
Click on the button and choose a category.
You can also add your phone number for the Service agent to reach you over a phone call.
You have to allow notifications for receiving messages even when you are working on a different window. The alerts will notify you as soon as the Service agent responds.
We are now integrated with a new channel called “Pay with Amazon”.
You can easily update your mobile number from the Account Settings.
Order items for “Upcoming Orders” on Flipkart panel are now visible in the Channels Pendency section.
Order status is automatically synced for orders marked cancelled on Snapdeal.
