Uniware is now available in its fresh new avatar! To enhance your experience on the system, we present to you the new top and left navigation panels. You will also have a new comprehensive dashboard to give you an overview of the system health and the points requiring immediate action.

Let us have a look at the marked changes as highlighted below:

New navigation panel

The navigation panel on the home page is the latest addition in the ongoing process of enhancing our interface. A fresh new Uniware is waiting for you as soon as you login to your order fulfillment solution.

The sub-menu headings can be seen in the new navigation panel on Uniware.

-> Sleek top panel

-> More data space for the relevant tables and reports

->  Cleaner menu navigation icons

The Shipments page can now be found within the menu for ‘Fulfillment’.

It is one of the most used pages on Uniware, remember its new path!

Overview report in dashboard

The reports dashboard will now incorporate an Overview tab.  This will give you an overall summary of the current processes in the system and alerts with respect to the actions that need to be taken on an immediate basis.

The Orders panel highlights the number of failed orders, the number of unverified orders, which need your attention, the number of orders pending or processing in Uniware. The respective pages are just a click away and can be readily accessed for corrective actions.

The inventory panel depicts the inventory that failed to sync, the inventory which has been cancelled and whose put away is pending as well as the inventory for which sync has been disabled.

-> Connectors

The broken channel connectors can be seen for respective channels. Access each one of them and reconfigure.
