Flipkart Channel Connector Broken

Let’s follow some simple steps to resolve Flipkart Connector Issue due to-

Common Reasons

Channel Connector Broken (Due to Invalid Credentials)

If the channel connector is broken, you may access your uniware account in “Incognito Browser”.

 

  1. In the Uniware Menu > Settings > Channels > Search for the Flipkart Channel.
  2. In the Channels tab, you may see the Connector Status of your Flipkart Channel.

    Note:- The Red i button indicates that Connector of the particular channel is broken. It means you need to reconfigure the Channel connector.
  3. Click on the Reconfigure and Enter the correct password and valid Location Id. Once you have entered the credentials, click on the Connect button to reconfigure the Connectors.

  4. The connectors will be fixed.

Channel Connector Broken (Due to 2 factor authentication)

  1. In the Uniware Menu > Settings > Channels > Search for the Flipkart Channel.
  2. In the Channels tab, you may see the Connector Status of your Flipkart Channel.
    Note:- The Red i button indicates that Connector of the particular channel is broken. It means you need to reconfigure the Channel connector.
  3. Click on the Reconfigure and click on Connect.

     
  4.  A pop-up window will open asking for the seller panel credentials. Once you enter valid credentials, hit ‘Sign In‘ and it will route to next page.

  5. You need to hit the ‘Allow‘ button for an authorized access as a successful result, once you hit the connectors will be fixed.

Note:  It is recommended for the sellers to do these steps in the incognito mode to avoid incorrect API connectors configuration.
