Namshi(Directship), is available with Uniware under Marketplace in channels.
Namshi has 2 Models for sellers and uniware supports the Directship model..

Follow these simple steps to integrate in Uniware:
1- In the Uniware menu, select Settings > Channels
2- Then press the button
Search and Select “Namshi_Directship“.
3- Fill and save the channel details.
4- To configure the connectors. In the Connectors Tab, add Namshi credentials as your username and password and warehouse code.

Channel Setting Configurations:
DirectShip With Picklist: Yes/No
- In case, sellers plan to create Picklist in Uniware and then want to process orders at Namshi panel they need to select it “Yes“.
- If option ‘Yes’ is selected, orders are created in UC when their status on Namshi is ‘Pending’. Since we do not get pricing details at this stage so orders will get created without price details.
- In case, sellers want to process orders at Namshi panel without UC picklist, they need to select it “No”.
- If option ‘No’ is selected, orders are created in UC when their status on Namshi are ‘shipment generated’ (Packed). We get pricing details at this stage so orders will get created with price details. Orders with other statuses as ‘pending’ and ‘in progress’ will be counted as pendency can be visible in pendency tab against the channel.
Below are the important points that need to be kept in mind while adding the channel:
- Order sync, Inventory sync and Catalog sync are available.
- Orders will be fetched by UC but processing to be done via Namshi Android Application.
- Once orders processing completed on Namshi, status of orders will be fetched from Namshi to Uniware and order will be marked as complete in UC too.
- Shipping tracking details and label print will be of uniware (Dummy Details).
- For this channel we do not get customer details in orders.
