Limeroad Shipping Label Configuration

Overview

We updated the Limeroad channel configurations to remove duplicate settings and avoid confusion of feature “pack-slip-only” option. This update simplifies seller onboarding and streamlines the daily dispatch workflow.

New Update: Pack-Slip-Only

Previously, sellers who only needed a pack slip had to download a combined “Invoice + Pack Slip” document and manually separate the pages. This caused delays and required manual effort.

To solve this, we introduced the A6_Label configuration. When you assign this setting, the system automatically extract the pack slip and provides the seller with a single-page document ready for printing and pasting on the package.

Available Updated Configurations

When setting up a new Limeroad channel, you must use one of these three active configurations based on the seller’s needs:

1. A4_Invoice

  • Purpose: Provides a standard, full-page invoice.

  • When to use it: The seller requires a standard, complete invoice as shipping Label.

  • How it works: Retrieves the complete invoice, and provides a direct link for the seller to print.

2. A6_Invoice_Label

  • Purpose: Provides a combined document containing both the invoice and the pack slip.

  • When to use it: The seller needs a combined document that contains both the invoice and the pack slip .

  • How it works: Retrieves the combined file directly from Limeroad and provides a link to the seller so they can print the entire document.

3. A6_Label

  • Purpose: Provides only the pack slip.

  • When to use it: The seller only wants the pack slip to paste directly on the package.

  • How it works: Retrieves the combined document, automatically extracts just the first page (the pack slip), and provides the seller with a clean, single-page document.
