We are integrated with shipping provider- J&T (Singapore)
J&T is an Indonesia-based based logistics company which offers both cross border and local services.
Follow the simple steps shared below:
1- On the path Settings > Shipping Providers
2- Click on “Add Shipping Provider“.
3- Search for “JNT_EXPRESS_SG“, then click on JNT_EXPRESS_SG to fill in the details.
4- Now fill in the details as per the below pointers:
General Information
- Shipping Provider Name: Enter the Shipping provider name, Eg: JNT_SG
- Enabled: Yes/No. To mark shipping provider enabled or disable in Uniware.
- Tracking Enabled: Yes/No. Mark this “Yes“, if the shipping provider provides tracking info.
Forward Shipment:
- Serviceability: Select Serviceability as either This Facility to selected Pincodes (in this case you need to define serviceability, explained here) or Any Facility to Selected Pincodes/Any facility to any Pincodes.
- Forward Shipment: Add both COD and Prepaid Shipping Methods having AWB Generation selected as API.
- Reverse Shipment: Add Prepaid Shipping Methods having AWB Generation selected as API.
5. Now save the detail by pressing the button Save and Next.
6. Click on Connectors and update the credentials for API settings, which will be provided by the J&T (Singapore) team for every seller.
Connectors Parameters details:

| Days to Pickup | Value allowed: 0,1,2,3. The maximum cap will be 3 or Blank as of now date is being sent currentDate+DaystoPickup and time being sent 9AM to 5 PM by default. |

Click on Connector to authenticate and connect the connectors and finish the integration process.
- Forward and Reverse shipments are supported.
- This is a last-mile courier partner. They provide services in Singapore.
- For Forward and Reverse shipments, AWB will be fetched from the shipper side.
- Forward Label pdf is provided by shipper side.
- AWB tracking is present.
- Manifest is provided by Uniware.
