When the traceability is set to NONE, then you can mark inventory good/bad while uploading the inventory adjustment in the sytem.

EXAMPLE: If you REMOVE 2 quantities of a product XYZ123 which was good inventory, then in the second row you must ADD 2 quantities of XYZ123 as bad inventory. Thus you have to mark every add, remove, replace, and transfer trasaction managing the good and the bad inventory counts.
