We must define the next action to be taken for a returned shipment whose return manifest has been closed.

Please see the steps:

1. This shipping package (whose return manifest has been closed) must be accessed in the ‘Awaiting Actions’ page. (Path: select Returns in the main menu and ‘Awaiting Actions’ in the sub-menu).

 

2. Select the shipping package number and take an action which are shown as per below steps.

3. Select the Significance of each action is as explained below:

 

4. For example we have taken the first action

5. Hit the button “Done”

Now a new order will create as per selected action and for old shipment, we have to complete the putaway “Putaway Couirer Returned Items”.
