A custom channel is a B2B manual channel configured in our system. This channel does not require order or inventory sync.
If you have any offline store and wants to create or punch orders manually or bulk import those via CSV files, then you can select your sales channel as “CUSTOM” with rename as per your channel sales.
Channel as “CUSTOM” can be renamed as per your channel sales.
For this channel all Invoice, Label and Manifest format will be from unwiare.
